This was my first wod in over a week after being sick and it was real hard to push through. I only did 55lbs and that was enough for me; 20" box jump.

Nice job Krista, glad you are feeling better. Started to work on the lower part of my body today! Thought I would try a pushup or two BAD IDEA!!! Going to see the Doctor on Wedensday, hope to get stitches out, this cloth cast is buggen the liven sh..t out of me! Lol
