Jared did this workout 6/20/11. I wanna say he did 14 Rounds. Maybe it was 12. I know I gotta get better at remembering stat info. But he did the workout, that I do know..I ran Estrellahillsfit's Day 1 with Emily since it was her first time. Didn't time myself. Just focused on getting Emily excited about crossfit.
