Did this yesterday:

16 rounds + 1 pullup

Felt good, pullups were strong.

15 rnds + 5 PU/8 pushups (2/7/11)
13 rnds + 5 PU/10 pushups (3/1/10)
17 rnds (used purple band for PU and knee-assisted pushups) 7/21/09

I don't have a pull-up bar so I did a workout that I found on the main CrossFit website:

15 OH squat @ 65#

I am very happy with this performance considering this is the first time with Hand Release.

Jared did this workout 6/20/11. I wanna say he did 14 Rounds. Maybe it was 12. I know I gotta get better at remembering stat info. But he did the workout, that I do know..

I ran Estrellahillsfit's Day 1 with Emily since it was her first time. Didn't time myself. Just focused on getting Emily excited about crossfit.
