Felt great and pushed until the end. This one hurts more than I thought it would. My brother did this WOD a couple weeks back and got 8:46.

I was going to go higher on the weight, but I think 75# was perfect for this WOD. I'm ready for a rest day!

This WO felt real good today! I tried 75lbs in the first rd up to 6reps; then stop timer to take 5lbs off, or so I though I took 5lbs off. Started up again and just went with it. PC's over all where nice and smooth, run was a bit slow. Was happy with my time. Went to put bar and #'s away; realized that I was lifting 72.5lbs, I had forgotten to take the other 2.5 plate off Lol!!! Leave it to me! Should of just stayed with 75lbs>>>>>

Wasn't too bad; PC's actually felt pretty good...runs got slower each round plus I did 2 400M runs with Noah before doing the WOD.

Good job all! :0) This is my 5th WOD in a row! Bring it!! lol!!
