This was incredibly harder than I anticipated. Besides my legs were on fire and jello from the past WOD's. The Row was fatiguing and my squats were slow. Burpees, I seem to be able to consistantly do 15+ a minute.

Wow! That was intense! Longest set of DU's was 13; 4th and 5th round were tough on those. Squats were nice and deep and burpees were good!! Yay!

Nice times everyone! This was a hard WOD for me. Did this at the fire station with Paul. Used the old Model B row machine - rows were a 2:09 pace. My quads were burning starting the first round. I was sore from the 90 thrusters I did yesterday! Just did the best I could to get through it.
