This was hard, but glad it was short. 65# was good. Only got all reps on first round, after that had to put down weight once each round.

Did yesterdays WOD with Krista today! Thanks for the push, would of done worse on my own!! This did, actually feel good. I'm happy with the end results; much better this time around on with this WOD!! Good form throughout, Nice job Krista: just seemed like forever!

65#.. This may have been a bit much could not extend my arms all the way up last 2 rounds. but the challenge was what I needed.

Love these WOD's!! I didn't drop the bar at all...rounds 3-5 had to really fight to push through the last 3 PP. Great job everyone...stay strong! :0)
