This was a great grueling wod. As hard as it was, I really enjoyed this. OH Squats went good. Toes to bar are always tough. Hang squat cleans went well, being to break them up 8 and 7 after doing all of them the first round. Double unders were great and unbroken.

Great WOD! 100 Squats! The OH were good with 5 at a time, T2B are always tough, Hand SC felt really well and went better than I thought (did all the first round and split it up 8/7 thereafter) and Double Unders were unbroken.

This was good. I wish I could have done double unders! Tried the first round but was only getting one at a time and took me probably took me about 3 minutes, so I went to singles for the rest. 60# with OHS is a PR for me in a WOD though! Hang squat cleans were tough, T2B were not a problem - did all in a row except 4th round.

I did singles. T2B are like water torture for me; they make me nauseous. The most I got in a row were 5; thereafter I did 3/2 at a time until done. HSC's were pretty good. I got through the first 2 rounds and then had to break them up. OHS were very good; nice and deep as were my HSC's.

Great job everyone! This WOD was a bit tough in spots. OHS"s are my worst nightmare; although I did make it all the way down for the most part. Thxs to Krista, who always keeps an eye on me, had to remind me to start with the OHS each rd. Lol. T2B suck>>>ed, HCS"s know problem wow something I'm good at!! Singles of course.
