Was able to WO with Jen's group today. Everyone is doing so well. I forgot how hard it is to keep up or anywhere near Jen Ha Ha! Had to split my weight, was not able to do OHS with 55lbs, used 50#, and that was horrible to say the least!!! The Burpess certainly broke things up a bit; was able to keep a 6/7rep spand behind Jen Lol. Thxs Jen and Rena.

OMG!! I'm nuts! SC's were essentially 1-3 at a time; 2nd set I did 5 in a row and that was it-ugh!! Managed to get through all TH's w/out having to drop the bar...burpees - well 5 is not so bad... :0)

Great Job Krista, thxs Paul! I was looking forward to doing a double today!! krista was unable to make it. I was ready to do a second WO; sat down to put my shoes on and feel asleep till 5! Lol

Just wanted to let you all know I did my first Double Under today. I can only do one for about every 20 singles, but I will keep practicing. I was so excited when I got it!!!
