This WOD kicked my ass! I was wiped by the end of the 4th round...ugh. PC's were okay; tried to get 5 at a time, usually ended up getting 2-3. KB's and BJ's were okay until rounds 4 and 5.

This was a great WOD! This is actually a 7 round WOD but though 5 would be better and push harder. Legs were fatigued and as always feel like I am slow at the box jumps.

Krista, were you doing squat cleans? You should have been able to do 5 PC's with no problem and should have only dropped the bar once each round. I don't know but checking just in case!

This was hard. Just tried to keep a steady pace going. All 15 on PC's first round, then dropped once per round until the last. KB's unbroken.

hm...no I was not doing squat cleans. Power cleans from the ground up to overhead?? uh-oh...ground to shoulder!?! Oops!!! I did ground to overhead...
