Wow! This was hard! After my very first pull on SC's of the first round I thought, "what the hell?" Well like always we get through it and realize after what we are really capable of. The squat cleans by far were the toughest and was only able to get 1 to 2 at a time. My row was slow and did what I could to stay under a 2:00 pace per 500M.

85lbs; sub'd 25 DU's for row and 10 burpees for pullups; that said, I completed 6 Rounds with 3 seconds to spare...got 20 DU's in a row - that's a PR for me.

Oh...the SC's were pretty tough but not horrible - think this is the most weight I have done on them. Only did 1 at a time but was able to get into a good squat and get up without taking a seat...although, I almost literally fell backwards once...
