Felt pretty good; 2nd round of DU's were tough. Thrusters were low and strong! Great WOD for a Sunday afternoon... :0)

Ran today 2mls. Legs where sore from Sat WO!! My run didn't turn out quit the way I expected!
Frist mile; wasn't feeling to great, Second mile took a bit longer, I threw up my lunch, so needless to say; I had to stop for that!.Lol
