Burpees facing bar - face the bar drop down and do a burpee then do a broad jump over the bar to the other side. Face the bar again and repeat.

Good wod but the burpees killed me! Burpees facing the bar with the broad jump puts a whole other element into it! TOUGH!

I forgot to write my time down. I guess that it was 17:21 but was told at work that I really got 16:43. I now think I remember being sub 17:00.
