This was a good tough wod. The pullups were the most difficult.

This was a tough WO for me. Yes, the pullups where the most difficult; they where so not strong! I attempted to do 70lbs on the first Rd, I dropped it big time on the way up to finish the last P/P in that Rd. I think I pulled a muscle slightly in my neck! Had to lower my weight, at start of Rd 2. I lost some time there. Squats where deep this time. Was able to go smoothly into the P/P's. Really want'ed to focus on my form; not so much on weight. Oh>>>> and tore my skin of my hand for the first time on the last Rd of Pullups. But thats cuz I did'nt want to let go of the 70lb's in the 1st Rd, it started there!! Lol
