Still not feeling great today. WO with Rachel today! She doesn't like to run either; where does she get that from Lol! We did Jen's WOD. Flet real good afterwards. I seemed to have been a bit slow on my Squats, was not happy with my time.
Today I did this nonesense: 20 Double Unders 20 Ovehread Squats 10 Box Jumps 20 Thrusters 10 Box Jumps 20 Front Squats 10 Box Jumps 20 Thrusters 10 Box Jumps 20 Back Squats 10 Box Jumps 20 Double Unders
11:37; 45lbs.
Looks like I could have used a heavier weight but I wasn't sure how heavy to try. Seems like 55lbs would be good. It was still a great WOD!! I liked it and all my squats felt great! :0)

Looks like a good one. I think 45# is good for this. An all out push yourself WOD!
