Today I did this nonesense:20 Double Unders20 Ovehread Squats10 Box Jumps20 Thrusters10 Box Jumps20 Front Squats10 Box Jumps20 Thrusters10 Box Jumps20 Back Squats10 Box Jumps 20 Double Unders11:37; 45lbs.Looks like I could have used a heavier weight but I wasn't sure how heavy to try. Seems like 55lbs would be good. It was still a great WOD!! I liked it and all my squats felt great! :0)Nice job Leslie and Rachel!
Looks like a good one. I think 45# is good for this. An all out push yourself WOD!
