Paul - 10:43 RX'd (205# DL)Good WOD. Pullups and Deadlifts are always hard. My lunges feel weak.
11:16; 115lbs sub'd hand release push ups for pull ups...Tried real hard to have good form on my DL's; about 75-80% of them felt "right". Pushups were stronger - wasn't doing the "worm". Walking lunges were fatiguing...! Good WOD.
14:10120# DLNot much energy today, but WOD was good. Did all 15 pullups without dropping form bar on first round and all DLs first round. after that had to break up.
