Start with 4 Burpees and on the minute every minute do 4 Burpees. Complete the following:
20 Thrusters (60#/95#)
20 SDHP (60#/95#)
20 Push Press (60#/95#)
20 Overhead Squats (60#/95#)
20 Front Squats (60#/95#)

9:31; 65lbs.

Did not get through anything without doing burpees. It went something like this: (I think) I got through 13 TH's and did burpees; finished TH's and did 5 SDHP - burpees - and did burpees again before finishing SDHP's. Then on the PP I got to 11, did burpees, finished and had time to start the OHS but couldn't keep the bar up and had to drop it...burpees...did them again, finished OHS did burpees...started FS's and got to 13...burpess...and finished up the FS's... I used 65lbs in order to use my bumpers so I can drop the bar.

Jen: 14:52 Rx'd - 10 OHS @ 55#

This was extremely difficult with 60#. Did this WOD once before with 50# and completed in 11:44.The Thrusters and SDHP were good - 2 rounds of burpees per exercise. Push jerks and OHS took about 3-4 rounds each and I had to decrease my weight halfway throught the OHS. Returned to 60# for the front squats.

Just looked up my Prevoius time on this WOD. I did much better then; with not much less in weight!! I really feel old now!
