This was a great WOD as mentioned before. I actually am shocked that I beat my time although I blew through everything. I pretty much did 16 and 9 on every exercise with little to no rest. I AM HAPPY!

Rx'd; sub'd Back Squats for Wallballs...no way I was doing 2 sets of Thrusters. I did not put the bar down on any round; almost did on the SDHP but managed to push through. Was hoping for a faster time! Probably too many rests in between rounds... Good WOD. Nice job Paul!

Oops...I used a 20" BJ; didn't see that it was 16"!

Good WOD. The snatches and OHS at the beginning are killer for the rest of the WOD, but felt good with both. One rest on snatches ans SDHP's. Put bar down 3 times on OHS and Thrusters. So, how did I beat your time Krista?

Ha! You got lucky!!!
My snatches were slow and although I completed each round of 25 with no breaks I did break in between each round and, as I had stated, I took too many...funny Jen...
