18:30; 55lbsI thought about doing 60lbs but seemed it might be too much. 55lbs was good; 60lbs would have hurt for sure! Leslie did 60lbs...way to go! I only completed the first set of all 20 PP; after that I put the bar down at 13 or 14. Runs were good; burpees seemed slow...it's warming up again...!!
Jello is not the word! OMG I thought this WO was Brutal. Glad I had Krista to do this with. We both had nice form. I just couldn't catch up to her. Did 7,7,6 0n all 5rds w PP. Legs are still shaken!!! Wanted to focus on my form, more then my time.20:06RX'd Ya!
17:2255#I also opted to go with 55# for push press on this one. Pretty much did more of a push jerk all 5 rounds. Only got all 20 the first round. Then had to put down once on 2nd round and twice on rounds 3-5. Good job with the 60# Leslie! It was hard enough with 55#!
