This was a great WOD although very fatiguing. I had 1 minute left at 8 rounds. After pullups I had 40 seconds to do 10 C&J's. That last round hurt so good. My hands blistered and tore but not from pullups. It was from the 100 C&J's I did.

This was an intense WO; after killing myself yesterday. I also ran a 5k just before I did this WOD!! I stop to many times with the C&J's, was able to do 5 or 6reps at a time,Pullups where good.

Well...since my hands are still healing I decided to do jumping pullups and I increased my C&J's to 65lbs.

C&J's felt better than my PC's felt. I was dripping in sweat...Nice job Paul; sorry you got tore up and blistered...Leslie you are kicking some ass lately; keep it up.

Leslie- Nice job on the WOD! Did you really do a 5k in 18:30? That is less than a 7 minute mile pace!
