This was a great WO, it was intence! I tried 70lbs; did 3 reps and just couldn't push it up! Felt good afterwards. Was pleased with my time. I gave Rachel a WO as well. She didn't want to run, so I made one up. Fran I think, without the pullups. My yard is finally done, shoveled 7 Tons of Stone in 3hrs; on Thurs!! I had this Garden Dump Cart which holds 600lbs. There was about 300lbs of stone in it, and I pulled it like I was pulling a Tractor Tire through the sand, up the side of my house to the back yard. It was assume!!! HAPPY EASTER TO ALL

Impressive Leslie! Sounds like a big job...and not a fun one. This was a good WOD. First WOD with my new shoes...I don't think they made me run faster...Thrusters weren't too bad. Did first 2 rounds unbroken, then had to drop once on rounds 3-5.

Unlike Jen, Thrusters are always bad. I was able to do all rounds unbroken. I wanted sub 7:30, Oh Well!

Okay...I sub'd 20 DU's for the 200m run (again):

70lbs; 9:31
Mile run after: 8:45

70lbs was good; didn't have to put the bar down on any rounds. DU's went good except for the last round. I really wanted a faster mile; need to start doing them more often.

Danny - 6:53 rx unbroken barefoot. My shoes suck, old cross-country shoes that are no good for thrusters so I have no choice but to take them off and run barefoot. I saw your post on the barefoot shoes. I am considering but will need to save up for them. Until then I am running like a real caveman.
