Hey all, Great to see all the activity. I am doing great. Last week I was doing 7 rounds of dead lifts, thrusters, and power cleans. I was doing great until the sixth round. I straightened out my legs too quickly, then brought the weight up with too much back. Tweeked my back a little bit, but just reminded me... USE GOOD FORM, EVERY TIME.Paul, still working on my pullups and using the band. If you need/want it back, I will return it right away.Take care,Mike L
Wow Mike. That is alot of movement. If I can give you my opinion, I would do Deadlifts, Power Cleans and Front Squats. If you want to get crazy add Push Press at the end. But with 7 rounds, I probably wouldn't. As you fatigue we all get sloppy. Doing this much work will put you beyond fatigue and risk injury.No I do not need the band back as of now.
