10 rounds + 10 SDHP + 6 situpsRx'dI didn't think this was too bad. Never had to stop on any of the exercises, just pushed through. Still didn't beat Paul though...I also PR'd on my C&J at 90#. Tried for 95#, but couldn't clean it.

Paul - 12 Rounds + 5 SDHP's. (RX'd)This was a good all out WOD. Wasn't sure if I could get 1 round per minute. Was happy with the performance. Besides I had Jen on my butt the whole time.
I want to add that Jen did 90# C&J 5 times. They were strong and fully extended at the top. Way to go Jen!
