OMG!! Hard is not the word! This was Brutal on the wrist has always. But over all; it was a good WO. The weight I used, was more then I'm used to. I was pleased with my time, although I was hoping for around 22mins. Weak on the Burpees!

Leslie, 75# PC's is impressive. Especially when you are doing 70 of them. Mathmatically speaking, you moved 5,250# vertically 4 feet. Nice Job!

This was good. Felt pretty good with the power cleans...may try 80# next time...did the first 3 rounds unbroken.
