AMRAP in 12 Minutes
3 Bench Press (110#/185#)
6 Back Squats (110#/185#)

Scale accordingly. Example BP-80#, BS-95#.

Paul - 13 Rounds and 2 Bench Press (RX'd)
I used the smith machine for my squats. I used 175# of weights and only accounted the smith machine bar at 10#. Great hard WOD!

9 rounds and 3 Bench Press; 75lbs.

First round of BS I couldn't get the bar off my shoulders so I walked over to the nautilus machine and set it on the upper pegs. From there I moved the bench after doing BP, placed the bar on the higher pegs and went into BS; returned bar to lower pegs, moved the bench back and so on and so forth. This ate some of my time but I got into a rythym. BP was good weight but I know I can do heavier on BS. Going to go for a run...

To clarify. I used 185# of free weights for the Bench Press. The Back Squats I used the Smith Machine. The bar on the Smith Machine is an unknown weight but I gave it 10#. I then added 175# to the Smith Machine Bar giving me at least 185#. It could have been slightly more.?????
