15 Wallball Squat Cleans (12#/20#)
15 Wallball Shots (12#@9'/20#@10')

Make sure you tap the wallball on the ground inbetween each rep of the squat cleans.

I went deep on the squats and threw up high. (10'+)
Wow this was much harder than I thought it would be. I honestly thought it wouldn't be that bad. HA! The shoes felt great!

Couldn't do today's WOD so:

10 Thrusters
10 Hand Release Pushups

Never put the bar down on the Thrusters...HRPU still KILL me...must say that I don't want to do this one again!

Yuck! This looks like a horrible WOD! I remember how bad it was before. 100 Thrusters!

Woohoo! Came pretty close to Paul's time...I told him my goal was to beat his time...This was a leg burner!
