Jen 11:40 40# DBBroke up as follows: 50-25-25-25-25, so did 4 runs.Previous times were:12:58 40# (11/21/09)11:14 30# (6/7/09)
It was fun yesterday; but I did crappy!4/14/11 14:12 @ 35lbs11/21/09 12:03 @ 40lbs6//7/09 16:39 @ 26lbs
I changed this up a little and did 20 DU's every time I stopped because I wanted to get some practice on them; so it broke down like this:13:09; 35lb KB51 + 30 + 30 + 25 + 14 = 150Longest run of DU's was 7...otherwise 3-5 at a time. Still need to get a 40lb DB.The only previous time I found was:15:15; 26lbs (08/15/09 - w/ run)I know Leslie and I did this one together last spring/summer because I remember borrowing a 40lb DB from the Burgess' - but I can't find my post...Good job ladies!! :0)
Paul - 14:46 RX'd70# KB (first time doing this with a KB)WOW! This was much more difficult than a dumbbell or 2-35# DB strapped together. The KB handle is much thicker and it wanted to slip out of my hand. I had my captain tape the handle up during my run at 73. It didn't help much. Bottom line is a DB is much much easier than a KB at the same weight.I did 35, 20, 18, 15, 17, 15, 17, 13.Previous Times:Paul - 9:45 (3/21/10)Used 70# -Strapped 2 35# dumbbells together.3 Laps (76, 36, 23, 15)Previous Time:Paul - 12:5175 lb. Dumbbell (this was all we had)5 Laps (50, 25, 20, 20, 20, 15)
Leslie, way to get after it with Jen. She misses and really enjoys doing WOD's with all you girls. Good Job!Krista, excellent thinking doing double unders. As I said before, you ladies have this stuff down.
Thx Paul, I wish I could get together more offten, but my work schld doesn't seem to workout just yet.

Lexi and I took turns doing this at the park today. We used my #26 kettlebell. She went first and was mad that I beat her first round of kb reps--but my runs were so slow, she was way faster on time anyway.Lexi 10:40 55-30-25-20-20Hillari 12:20 65-35-30-20
