Constantly Varied?? Yes the WOD today is correct. 2 days in a row. When is the last time we have done 2 of the same WOD's in a row? Never? Then this is constantly Varied. Do It!

I felt great again. I came home to several people getting ready to do this WOD. Rayne, Jared, Morgan and Jen were ready to smash it. I thought what the heck, I will join them and do it again.

Well I didn't get to do this yesterday. And I'm not sure if I wan't to do it tommrow; couse this really was BRUTAL!!! DL's went well, H/Cln last two reps pre rd hurt the most!! Went right into the Frt Sqt, Push Jerks where good.
