16:09The first couple rounds took awhile on pullups. Dropped at least 4 times. Lunges and situps were good. Finished with the 6 reps at 15:00. Previous time was 15:20 to 6 on 3/19/10

Jenette - 18:41, purple band. Had some callous issues during the pullups but managed to get about 5 in a row each time, focused on getting well above the bar.
Cherri and I did this workout on 10-20-11. Instead of doing regular pullups we did jumping pullups on monkeybars.Jessie- 14:18Cherrie- 14:38Felt good throughout workout.
