Paul - 11:25 RX'dWhat a great, hard all out WOD! Did the first round unbroken. I was sweating bullets after.
15:40 RX'dThis was just brutal on my arms! The first round was fine - got through KBs and WBs with no problem, pullups were a little tougher after the first 10. The second round was tough, stopped once on KBs and twice on WBs, pullups took me 2 minutes. It took everything in me to get through the 3rd round. I think the heavy KB/ box jump WOD I did 2 days ago did me in!
