Couldn't do today's so I did:

AMRAP 10 minutes
10 Jumping squats
10 Mtn climbers
10 Pushups
10 Situps

8 rounds + 10 jumping squats; 10 mtn climbers; 10 pushups; 2 situps

What a great, hard all out WOD! Did the first round unbroken. I was sweating bullets after.

This was just brutal on my arms! The first round was fine - got through KBs and WBs with no problem, pullups were a little tougher after the first 10. The second round was tough, stopped once on KBs and twice on WBs, pullups took me 2 minutes. It took everything in me to get through the 3rd round. I think the heavy KB/ box jump WOD I did 2 days ago did me in!
