This is real similar to DT which is 5 Rounds of 12 Deadlifts, 9 Hang Cleans and 6 Push Jerks at 95#/155#

I felt good! Didn't put the bar down until after the deadlifts in the third round. I really like the WOD and like it more than DT. I also am really happy that I continue to beat or come close to previous times as I feel I am not at the top of my game right now. Time to go Paleo!

I remember how much more difficult hang cleans are than power cleans. Definitely the hardest part of this WOD!

16:19 (used 65# on deadlift/55# on rest)- 7/7/09 4 rounds only.

Hang cleans were the worst for me...I finished out the hang cleans on the 2nd round and had to put the bar down for the first time. Thereafter, stopped after DL's and HC's but was pretty much able to push through the FS's and PJ's to DL's. Tough.

Awesome Krista! I knew you would you smoke me on this one. I think I got to 8 hang cleans on the 2nd round before I put it down. After that put weight down after 8 hang cleans and after front squats.
