This was pretty much Fran except pullups first and an additional 5 reps each. I wanted under 5:30 and pushed myself. This hurt bad! I ended up dry heaving 6 times after. Nothing would come out since my stomach was empty. It bought me 2 liters of IV fluid and thiamine.

What the heck Paul! That is an insane time!!
I blew chunks and messed up the order and my reps...I won't even try to explain because I just don't know what the heck I did...

This WO was not bad,I had really ggod form!!Not sure what Krista did,But I just kept going. Not sure how anyone could do this in 5:00mins or less!!!!! When we where on 15/15 it was already 4mins in.

This was hard. Thought the thrusters were harder than pullups, but managed to only put weight down once each round.
