The last two rounds I ended up doing "jumping" pullups as I tore an inch of skin off my right palm. Leslie; thanks for sticking out all 10 rounds - you are too hard on yourself!!

Well I guess we did!! I felt really good afterwards. I stated 7rds,when I suggested this WO, she replied back; No we will do 10rds! Nice push thxs.

I thought of a similar one, while I was at work. But I checked my book when I got home, and the WO was a bit different. It had Pushups 2-Grnd, and Air Squats, with Thrst; As many rds in 7mins. But we went with mine, 10rds not 7!! Thxs again Krista. Im still pumped up as of right now. Paul I'm sure you can find something closer to this, that we did. If not, TRY IT OUT!!

Leslie made it up; originally for 7 rounds I said lets do 10. Jen, last Sat Paul posted one that is similar - that's why I suggested the 10 rounds. It was brutal though! We would have prob been a minute or so faster as Nathan was in the way a few times...kids... :0)

I just took a look at the WOD from last Saturday that was similar. Jen and I even talked about doing 10 rounds of 7 Pullups and 7 Thrusters if it would have been any faster. This was versus the 10 rounds of 7 pullups, 7 font squats and 7 push presses.
Now add 7 burpees a round into that! That sounds brutal. Nice job though...
