Put this together for today:5 rounds20 KB (35lb)15 BJ (20")10 DU's05 Burpees15:18This was fun; fast moving. DU's were ok: could only string 3-4 together at a time. Everything else was unbroken. Wish I was a little faster. Good WOD! :0)

Nice work Jen! That's the one where I almost did round 10 twice; I did 20-15-10-then back to 10 pullups-did 2 thrusters realized my mistake-went back to do 5 pullups-5 Thrusters...oops!!! :0)
I like the WOD Krista. SSo that is what happened with the Pullups/Thruster WOD? Why didn't you just do your 5 Thrusters and call it good? I know why!! Because that wasn't the task at hand. You 2 have the hang of this. LOL
Thanks Paul; yeah, totally didn't think to do that...had to do it "right". Too funny! The WOD I did above was a fun one; not sure if the weight could be more on the KB...but it was a fun one to do!!
