This was a good WOD to start your day. The wind slowed down my run a bit. Bj's went smooth this time all the way! BB/SC where Brutal,a little slow, no problem with my shoulder. Pushups where strong and fast going. Jumprope; not a 100% sure but I think I had about 10 DU's in there. Didnt count them couse I really can't see what I'm doing. Situp/Lunges piece of CAKE!!

Not sure how I took 5 minutes off my last time??!! Not as many singles and a couple inches less on box jumps, and not the middle of July! I felt pretty good on the DB SC and did first round unbroken; put down once on 2nd. Did this at the park a few days ago.

13:25 singles and only 16# DB SC (that is all whe weight I have in the house...) After the WOD, I added in another 400m at the end to make sure I was good and tired...so total time with that was 15:42
