10 Pushups
15 Squats

It goes as follows:
Round 1 - 10 C&J's, 5 PU's, 10 PU's, 15 Squats, 5 PU's, 10 PU's, 15 Squats, 5 PU's, 10 PU's and 15 Squats.
Round 2 - Repeat
Round 3 - Repeat

This was a good WOD! Pushups were my weakness. I had to start breaking them up in round 2. I am happy with my time otherwise.

John roved into our station and did this WOD today and did great. His time was 17:59.

Pretty much did all of Cindy unbroken; I think I only got 2 C&J's in a row once or twice. Pretty much had to do just one at a time...hard. Felt good when it was done. Leslie was solid all the way through on this one. Thank you girl!

I really liked this WO. It felt good all the way through. Should of used 70lbs! Was able to do 5,3,2 on the C/J's each rd, Pushups unbroken. Pullups 3,2on the first 2rds; then all 5 last rd. Nice job, form was assume with C/J's.

70# was challenging. The first round did the first 4 pretty quickly, then just 1-2 at a time after that. Nice job on this WOD girls!
