This was a good, hard fast WOD. I forgot my time but am almost 100% positive it was 8:35. Everything was unbroken. Deadlifts felt strong.

This was a fast moving WO, good though. Used 5lbs less this time. Wanted to make sure form was good. Last run was sluggish. Pushups no problems, good as always!!!
