Paul - 17:26 RX'dWow! Great WOD but extremely fatiguing. I had to keep pushing without any breaks. Burpees became real hard in the third round. As you can see from the picture I had to lay down for a couple minutes.

Well; not too bad...I guess...20;1655lbsFelt pretty good on runs - burpees felt slow - SDHP was just right...however, I was not able to do all 15 SDHP without putting the bar down one time. Nice work Leslie!!

Well this was a great WO, My son made the first post!!Lol. I was not pleased with my time, my left elbow was in pain; so I was not able to pull up fast enough for the SDHP's. Run was good, Burpees always Suck!!! Krista nice job. Thxs for the support!!21:1960lbs RX'd

20:30 Rx'dThis was hard! I don't think I looked quite as bad as Paul at the end, but pretty close. I was not able to do SDHPs unbroken, put down once each round. the burpees I just tried to get through the best I could - first round was pretty good and slowed down after that.
