This was hard. Deadlifts and pullups together are always a tough combination.

OMG!! This was tough, after not doing a WO since Wed WOD!!! Hand is really bad. I weighed in at 117.2, last week YA!! So I used 115lbs on this WOD. Pullups where Brutal, and windy as hell for the run. My first rd took me 6:58mins thats bad!! My ass cheeks, hamstrings are on FIRE>>>

Not happy with this WOD at all and let me tell you my hands are not too happy right now either!! What is up with that - why am I the only one who completely shreds their hands??!!??

Oh, and my last round of pullups were jumping pullups - that's how bad it was...!

I was surprised that I was able to keep up on my pullups. Pullups and deadlifts are usually a tough combo. Krista- if you look at my posts about 6 months back - I was continuously ripping up my hands! Awesome job staying with it.
