Did WOD at park:10 Rounds10 Burpees15 Sit-ups45 Singles (15 Double Unders)24:23; DU'sThis was fun...DU's were pretty good today. I actually got 10 in a row in one round...yipee!! After that the most I got in a row was 6-8. So, overall, not too bad on those! My friend Brandi did this in 24:08(Singles).
