7:4355#This was tough. OHS are always a killer. Put weight down once for 21 and 15 reps, then all 9 in a row
60lbs; Rx'd (03/15/11)6:44SDHP - put bar down once during 21 and 15; got all 9. OHS - made it through all rounds without putting bar down...sweet!! Nice and quick!
This WOD was brutal for me. OHS suck for me, I try to hold with 55lbs and shoudler could only stand 3reps. Had to stop clock and remove 5lbs. Still didnt like how it felt; but just got it done. Did 10,6,5, SDHP for first rd. OHS was able to do 5,5,5,6 and that hurt. 2rd went better. Last rd didnt put bar down except to switch between positions.5:3250lbs
