This WOD I always hate but love after the fact. It hurts but is such a good one. I am very pleased with my results. I also recorded this.

Omg!! Again I killed myself, and I didn't even have Krista to do that;LOl. I'm ok with my time, form was getting a bit sloppy around 5th rd.One prv post that I could find. I know I did this after April sometime.

This is always a hard WOD, but didn't seem quite as bad this time...I did beat my time, so I have to be happy about that! Awesome job to both Leslie and Krista! I dropped the weight on the thrusters once during the round with 7 reps, otherwise only dropped between exercises.
