This was a great WOD! I always forget how hard the KB and BJ combo is. My time was about 15 seconds longer as I was interrupted momentarily.

I was a bit scared to do this WOD. The BJ,s have been a big challedge for me, lately!! But today I was very proud of myself, I was able to plow right through them, without any hesitation!! KB's killed my shoulder, sore from Helen. Right behind you Paul

This was pretty brutal with the 44# KB! I have only done a few WODs with that weight and never this many reps. Had to put down the KB once on each round from 15 - 14- 13 - 12.
