This was a hard WOD in the sense you keep going without any break. I was shocked at my final time thinking it would be difficult to get under 15:00. Although doing 100 singles takes about 50 seconds whereas I was doing 25 DU's in about 25-30 seconds (more fatigued though). I also tried to time myself doing singles after the WOD and I could not get more than 3 singles in a row. My timing is horribly off. Fun WOD, thanks Krista.

Good job randy and Julie. Did you feel sick because it made you push and keep pushing? I felt the same way as I do in most metcons. I am really impressed by both of your work loads and your intensity. Keep it up!

Introduced a friend to CF today...this WOD didn't work so we did:
5 Rounds
10 Burpees
10 Box Jumps (benches @ 18")
100 Singles
10 Sit Ups
10 Push Ups

16:10 Krista
17:56 Brandi

She did great; a trooper! I think I could have done this under 15 but I stayed with her the first 2 rounds to make sure she got it. After the WOD we did 4 rounds of @ 200m run with 25 standing pike sit ups...then we did lunges and I showed her K2E...gorgeous day at the park and our kids had a blast playing while we worked out!

I don't know what it was about it, but it was a great workout! I was really happy that I was able to do the prescribed height for the jump!
