5 Rounds or 7 Rounds
200M Run
20 Wallballs (12#@9'/20#@10')
10 Burpees

Substitute Wallballs with 30#/45# Thrusters.
If you do 7 rounds post times for both 5 and 7 rounds.

*OOOPS - This should include a 200M Run every round. I forgot to put the run in here. SORRY!

This was a good WOD. I tried to keep moving the entire time. Had to break up WB's from 3rd round on. Mostly 12 and 8.

This was a great WO for me, to start with!! Since I haven't done anything for a week!!! Did Thrusters, they felt good and form was good. Had to break them up on 4th rd, by 12 and 10. Burpess where somewhat hard on my hand. Just kept pushing!!!

Sorry Leslie now run a mile! lol. I forgot to put the 200M Run in the WOD for each round. My Bad!

7 rds= 24:30
paused 2 or 3 times during each round of thrusters, but kept pushing thru...

44 degrees with 10-15 mph dry winds = cold! I'm never happy.

The burpees were brutal. Felt good on the wallballs...slow on the run and burpees.
