16:2744# KB for SDHP20" BJDid this one at the park with a group, so didn't want to haul the weight bar there. Used KB's instead. Tried the 53# KB, but it is much harder to use a KB on SDHP, so I went with the 44#. I still had to drop the weight 3 times on the first round, just once on the second. Good WOD!

Paul - 14:47 RX'd95# SDHP, 24" BJ's and Unsecure SitupsI thought this was a good WOD. SDHP were good but as always my BJ's SUCK! Situps were great and for now on am going to do them unsecure.
17:35 55lbs SDHP20" BJ'sPretty brutal WOD; didn't do 60 because my neck/left shoulder is tweaked right now. Runs felt good on my calves which are sore from the DU's. Leslie: nice job - you did it!!
Krista and Leslie, you both do alot of SDHP (due to no row) and I want you 2 to be careful. When doing them, make sure that your elbows do not rise above your shoulders. Also if it helps to keep the elbows lower than the shoulders and prevent any injuries, only rise the bar up to your sternum or what ever feels best. Good job.
Thanks Paul; my neck/shoulder is tweaked from when I got sick @ 2 wks ago and I slept (passed out) on it wrong... But, next time I will make sure that my form is as you stated. Again, thanks!!
OMG!! I would of never pushed myself through this WO, if it wasn't for Krista. I was afraid I was not going to do the BJ's. I didn't stop to rest through them, and did not fall!!
