This was a good all out WOD. I wanted sub 10 and pushed myself as hard as I couldeven though I still have this cold and congestion I can not get rid of.

Thanks Krista. I did the 800M run, 21-15-9 WB and Burpee WOD, one other time on January 09, 2009. It was one of the first WOD's I did once I made CF a routine. I remember that once I finished the set of 21 I fell off the cliff. I could not do a burpee to save my life on the next two rounds. I looked like an inch worm doing the burpees. This was a fast moving WO! Glad we where able to use the WB and not sub with Trusters.The run burned my A.. Krista was gone in a flash..

This was a tough one and I tried real, real hard to not stop to break/breathe as I normally would to see how fast I could get it done. Good thing I did because Leslie was right on my tail the whole time...jeez!!! :0)
