Awesome WOD! I was pushing to lap 1 minute. The last 2 rounds pushed reall hard and got my sub 9.

DL were good, sit ups were ok (unsecured), but those damn DU's took the life out of me. Did 2-4 at a time. Only once did I get 5 and then later I got 6 in succession. Makes for horrible time but it makes a good challenge to do them. Thanks!! I might have done 11 rounds...

I forgot to mention that I did everything unbroken including the Double Unders.

Krista, that is awesome. Double Unders are hard and exhausting. Keep it up and before you know it they will be unbroken.

First WOD that I decided to try Double Unders! I cannot do them in a row. Did 2-4 singles in between every DU, but only counted the DU's. I was able to keep up the sequence for 8-10 DU's then I was totally exhausted! Great job, Krista! We will get there!

Stevie and I did and this 12/25/11 today, before DINNER ha! Ha! I had to try out my new 25# Bumpers!!
