This WOD was brutal. I need to work on my intensity doing air squats. The lunges were tough right after the squats. I pushed through my kettlebells and T2B are a tough as they always have been. This WOD sucked and am glad it is over with. Is it me, are these WODs tougher lately or do I need a long rest?

I am sick; this was hard. I thought I was going to puke...I still might. Chest is totally congested and my stomach is messed up. The T2B I did on a lat pull down bar on our nautilus machine so they were kind of jumping T2B because I didn't want to break the machine/bar...I still had a hard time with them. Pushed through all squats and KB and T2B were 5 at a time. Hopefully this will work out my cold! Jen I am home tomorrow...??

This was tough. Lunges always have my quads on fire. T2B were definitely the most difficult. Did 10-6-4 the first round, but 5 at a time after that. I blew through the last set of burpees to beat Krista-barely made it :)
Did this one with Sandra. Good job on pushing through this WOD!

This workout was tough! We are so sore! Kb and lunges were the worst.
