Introduced a friend to CF today...this WOD didn't work so we did:5 Rounds10 Burpees10 Box Jumps (benches @ 18")100 Singles10 Sit Ups10 Push Ups16:10 Krista17:56 BrandiShe did great; a trooper! I think I could have done this under 15 but I stayed with her the first 2 rounds to make sure she got it. After the WOD we did 4 rounds of @ 200m run with 25 standing pike sit ups...then we did lunges and I showed her K2E...gorgeous day at the park and our kids had a blast playing while we worked out!
