Paul - 19 Rounds in 19:58 Finished 20 Rounds in 21:04 5 Rounds in 3:58 10 Rounds in 9:30 15 Rounds in 15:42 Bottom line is my pushups are weak and my squats are not up to par. It goes to show that even though I am stronger I in fact am not quicker or faster. I did over 21 rounds before when I was 185#. Now at 215# I am not near as quick. It is time to go Paleo and lose some weight while maintaining my stregnth.

Introduced a friend to CF today...this WOD didn't work so we did: 5 Rounds 10 Burpees 10 Box Jumps (benches @ 18") 100 Singles 10 Sit Ups 10 Push Ups

She did great; a trooper! I think I could have done this under 15 but I stayed with her the first 2 rounds to make sure she got it. After the WOD we did 4 rounds of @ 200m run with 25 standing pike sit ups...then we did lunges and I showed her K2E...gorgeous day at the park and our kids had a blast playing while we worked out!
Well I missed another therapy group with all of you, SORRY Jen! I need one badly. I did Cindy with Rachel, and she KICKeD my butt!!! She pushed me hard.

It is always good to beat a previous time! Pullups and squats were not a problem, pushups were hard after about 4 rounds and had to break them up.
