OMG! This was BRUTAL TO THE END!!!! Felt good afterwards. Was able to do 5,2 on the Pullups,7 F-sqt without stopping,then right into P/J's without a break, till the 5th rd,then it was 4,3. Not bad for and old women. Couldn't of done anymore weight. 60lbs was plenty. 20:48
Nice job, Leslie! I opted to go with 55# on this one. Did all 7 pullups for the first 2 round, then broke up into 4-3 for the most part. Did all the front squats and push press unbroken and didn't put the weight down between exercises until the 5th or 6th round. 16:3955#
Paul - 13:39 RX'd95# FS/PPThis was a great WOD! Was able to do all FS unbroken but had to start putting weight down after 6th round before the PP. Great Job Ladies!
