Good morning!! Nice WO to start the day with. I was a bit sore and lumpy from last nights WO!!DL's went well, Pullups a bit slow, KB's no problem this time. Thought it would take m much long to finish this.15:26DL @100lbs (all I have)KB @30 (heaviest I have)
Paul - 9:53 RX'd185# DL and 53# KBThis was a good WOD! I was unsure how long this may take and then pushed through its entirety to get sub 10. I did enjoy this one.
13:23110# DL35# KBDid this WOD yesterday with Paul at the station. I have been doing way too many pullups lately! Deadlifts weren't bad - brake up into 6 and 4 after the 3rd round. KBs felt good after the last couple heavy KB WODs!
